Christel has been in the industry for 11 years, she has been at The Lift for all of those 11 years. Her passion in the hair industry started when she was in second grade doing make overs on her friends and spending the weekend at her aunt’s “beauty parlor” learning perms and roller sets.

Pushing color to the limit and experimenting with unique color formulas excites her. Word on the street is she has magical hands that give a head massage like no other.

Kristina has been in the salon industry since the 90s and and is still loving it! Her go to’s are tried and true traditional techniques but she always knows about the newest in today’s hair trends. She loves giving a fuller look to her clients with expert root coverage and adding natural looking highlights the complete their hairstyle. Her clients enjoy a custom-tailored color formula and a consistent hair routine.

Maura started her career in the hair industry in 1997. Making the lift her home since it's inception in 2004.

She prides herself on being a master at the foundations of color and cutting, using them as building blocks to create not only the most current look but embracing the classic as well.

Sam has always had a passion for drawing and painting but when she found hair, she realized that was her true artistic outlet. Using her 12 years of experience, she teaches The Lifts assistants everything they need to know to succeed in the industry.

Sam is the sweetest, most soft spoken stylist here that is also great at brainstorming with a client on different hair options. Whether a mens cut, pixie or learning to work with your natural texture, she's your girl.

Morgan grew up in Northampton, Massachusetts. She started her journey at The Lift almost seven years ago fresh out of hair school and it has been her second home ever since (literally). You'll catch her there even on her day off.

Her coworkers became family and her clients quickly become longtime friends. Morgan specializes in balayage, babylites, and vivids, but as many may know, there’s not a color project you can’t throw at her that doesn’t excite her... Yes, even the color corrections.

Getting into the zone takes a whole other meaning when it comes to Justin, he goes above and beyond to achieve the desired result

The longer the hair the bigger the canvas; which allows Justin to do his best work. He bring a vision of long flowing dimensional hair to life.

Justin realized he wanted to be surrounded by beautiful people (inside and out) had an eye for fashion and everything glam, where else but in a salon?

Brielle grew up in the area and is a true local. She has been in the hair industry for eight years and counting. When meeting Brielle, you'll feel like you've met a big sister. Someone that can relate with you and make you feel welcome the second you sit down. What happens in her chair, stays there.

Though she is well versed in many services, Brielle has a true passion for color, specifically balayage and highlighting alongside mens cuts and upstyling.

Originally from France, Roxane grew up in Ludlow, Massachusetts. She has always had a passion for expressing her creative side with hair and makeup. She loves blonding services, whether that's highlighting or balayages. She started working at The Lift right after completing hair school in 2022. Assisting for over a year and half and now starting to take her own clients. In her spare time she is spending time with her dog Atlas and her family at home, and traveling when she can!

Originally from Western Massachusetts she later moved to Washington, where she completed her cosmetology training, became licensed, and worked behind the chair. After gaining valuable experience on the West Coast, she returned home to Western Mass to continue building her career and serve her community. She specializes in blonding, brunettes and creating custom color tailored to each guest’s features, lifestyle, and hair goals. Her passion is helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and truly seen through personalized, high-quality hair color.

When she’s not working, she’s usually at home spending time with her cats or out trying a new restaurant. She loves cozy nights in, good food, and discovering hidden gems — whether that’s a local café or her new favorite takeout spot.

Megan is back! After a few years living in Boston and venturing into office operations, she’s returned to her roots and is back behind the chair. Megan started her hair journey over 10 years ago at The Lift Salon and her passion has remained the same; helping people feel beautiful by enhancing their natural colors and textures.

Inspired by the beauty in life’s little details, she creates effortless, lived in color and haircuts tailored to each client. You’ll always catch a smile on Megan’s face as she walks around the salon, humming along to the days music mix.
