Cancellations

Any cancellations must be made over the phone during business hours (Tuesday through Friday 9am-8pm or Saturdays 9 am-3 pm). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the time of appointment will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service. An appointment no-show will be charged 100% of the booked service. Because of our cancellation policy, we do require a card on file when booking for any service.
